Psychotherapist
Introduction
About me
I am originally from Italy and have been living in London for over 25 years. I’ve also spent time living in various countries around the world, and I offer therapy in English, Italian, and Spanish.
My professional journey began in the corporate world, where I worked for over 20 years following my BA (Hons) in Japanese from the University of London. However, everything changed when I discovered yoga, meditation, and psychotherapy. These practices opened a new path for me, leading me to train as a Psychosynthesis Counsellor. I am currently continuing my development through an Advanced Diploma in Integrative and Transpersonal Psychotherapy.
My decision to become a therapist came both naturally and consciously. The more I met myself in the therapy room and on the yoga mat, the more I knew I wanted to help others on their own healing journeys. This is my true calling—what I am meant to do in life.
My personal trauma is what led me here, and I speak about it openly. I believe that talking through the painful and defining experiences of our lives can lead to deep healing, self-acceptance, and pride in who we are becoming.
I will meet you with empathy, understanding, and full acceptance of who you are. My aim is to help you rediscover all parts of yourself and live a life free of shame and guilt—one filled with self-love and awareness.
I believe that once you truly see and meet yourself, you’ll find it easier to be seen and met by others—and to build more meaningful, connected relationships in your life.
All our sessions are confidential, and I will always hold a warm, non-judgmental space where you can feel safe to grow and heal.

My approach
What it's like to work with me
In our first session, we’ll begin by reviewing the terms and conditions in my therapy contract. This ensures that you understand what to expect in terms of boundaries and confidentiality.
In our ongoing work together, I’ll guide and support a process of authentic self-discovery. I may incorporate breathwork, meditation, affirmation writing, or creative exercises—always with your consent. A key focus may be healing the inner child and attending to any wounded parts, helping you reconnect with yourself and strengthen the most important relationship in your life: the one with you.
To measure progress, I pause every six sessions to check in with how you feel about your therapy journey. I’ll ask direct questions and invite honest feedback, ensuring that our work remains aligned with your goals and evolving needs.
Sometimes, I’ll offer gentle “homework” between sessions, such as personal reflections, meditation practices, or writing affirmations to deepen your exploration in your own time. These are always optional and tailored to what supports you best.
