    Introduction

    About me

Hello! :) I’m a Clinical Psychologist working mainly with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

I support adults navigating anxiety, self-esteem, relationship difficulties, emotional challenges, and periods of change or crisis. I have a particular interest in women’s mental health, including relationships, motherhood, menopause, and the different ways our sense of self can shift throughout life.

As a Brazilian who has lived in Portugal for many years, I also understand personally some of the emotional challenges that can come with moving countries, from homesickness and cultural adjustment to rebuilding a sense of belonging.

My approach is warm, practical, and collaborative. Clients often tell me they feel comfortable opening up and that our sessions give them space to be themselves. I believe therapy should help you feel understood while also giving you practical ways to make sense of what you’re going through and move forward.

Many of the people I work with come to therapy during moments of uncertainty, whether that’s a relationship change, career transition, relocation, or simply feeling lost and wanting to find their direction again.

    My approach

What it's like to work with me

In our first session, we’ll get to know each other and explore what you’re currently going through. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out, we can start exactly where you are and begin thinking together about what kind of support would feel most helpful.

For me, progress means understanding yourself better, feeling stronger when difficult moments arise, and gradually finding your sense of direction again.
