Introduction
About me
I love following the threads of my diverse interests I have a deep interest in human psychology but I am also an artist, writer, and illustrator. I'm fascinated by the artistry of everyday life, the boundless creativity of the human mind, and the profound ways we can communicate through imagery, colour, and metaphor. Throughout my journey as an artist, I've come to appreciate the intricate beauty in the simple moments of life. These experiences have driven my desire to delve deeper into the human psyche, understanding the complexities of the mind and the stories that colour our lives.
My approach is integrative and person-centred, grounded in trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming practice, while also drawing on somatic, systemic, and creative techniques. Over the years, I’ve supported hundreds of people in different roles and settings, and my own journey of healing and transformation also shapes the care I bring to my work.
My practice is especially well-suited to clients who are self-directed — those who come with a sense of curiosity about their journey and openness to exploring creative, holistic ways of working.
I see therapy as a collaborative process that honours the connection between mind, body, and soul. Whether you’re moving through an identity shift, recovering from survival mode, changing careers, or adjusting to a new life stage, I’ll walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and care.

My approach
What it's like to work with me
In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and creating a safe space to explore what brings you here. My approach is grounded in compassion, radical acceptance, and somatic awareness, recognising how deeply our bodies hold emotional and spiritual pain.
Progress is measured less by symptoms and more by your growing self-understanding, intuition, and resilience. I don’t usually set homework, but at times a practice or reflection may naturally arise from our work together.
