Pillow Therapist Handbook
Welcome to Pillow
❤️ Thank you for being here.
We’re genuinely honoured that you’re considering working with Pillow.
At Pillow, we believe mental health care should feel human, thoughtful, and aligned with real life. Therapists are not just “providers” on our platform — you are partners in shaping a more connected, emotionally intelligent future of care.
This handbook explains how Pillow works, what you can expect from us, and what we ask of therapists who join our community.
Who are we
We exist to help a generation find the way back — to ourselves, to each other, and to the natural world.
Pillow is an AI-powered mental wellness platform that connects people with their most compatible therapy or healing experience, from licensed therapists to alternative practices like yoga, surf, and nature retreats. We’re building a personalised, emotionally intelligent ecosystem where care feels human, healing feels possible, and everyone is met exactly where they are.
Pillow does not provide therapy or clinical services.
We are a connector platform — designed to make finding the right support easier, safer, and more personal.
Pillow is proudly supported by the UCL Startup Incubator and Unicorn Factory Lisboa.
