Welcome to Pillow
We’re building a mental health & wellbeing platform for internationals, expats, and students navigating transitions — moving countries, starting new chapters, or feeling lost in between.
We’re early-stage, mission-driven, and growing slowly and intentionally.
If you care about mental health, people, and building something meaningful from the ground up, we’d love to hear from you.
You don’t need to “tick every box.”Curiosity, care, and willingness to learn matter more.

At Pillow, we believe that therapy should feel like it was made for you, not something you settle for.
We exist to reconnect a generation with what we’ve lost — ourselves, each other, and the natural world.
